MAC Eyeshadow x9 - Amber Times Nine

See, beauty isn’t gone completely! I'm a sucker for MAC palettes, I'm slowly building my main collection but without being able to get to a counter, I can't always test out colours I want first to see if they suit me. When the email advertising the X9 palettes the Amber x9 caught my eye and just happened to fall into my basket then it appeared at my front door!!

Amber x9 has a mixture of neutral colours to create a natural look with mini versions of everyone’s favourite. There's a nice mixture of matte and shimmer colours all in a handy size, perfect for travelling this summer - it's so much easier to carry around then my larger palettes.

Colours are:
- Cozy Grey, Kitties, Georgia Peach
- Rice Paper, Creative Copper, Cork
- Don't Tell, Aromatic, Pepper Please

For £30, I don't think it’s too bad a price for the little collection - I've been wearing it all week for work and have had lots of compliments on my makeup - who doesn't like compliments?!

What do you think of the palette?

Tarte Amazonian Clay Blush in Blushing Bride

There are always some brands that you think you will never get your hands on, you squish the idea to the back of your mind and try to forget but when you see it on a blog sale you can't really let the opportunity pass you by. One of the brands for me that do this is Tarte, Ever since I started reading blogs I've wanted to give it a try, specifically the Clay Blushes. Reviews all say they have great colour payoff and last for a long time, which is good for me and my combination skin!

I picked up the shade Blushing Bride, it was the day after I got engaged and it felt like it was meant to be, plus I was already thinking of bridal make up - daft that that was the first thing I thought of!

Blushing bride is described as a 'plummy rose' colour, on my skin tone it’s more of a raspberry pink, In the pan there is a faint shimmer but I can't get that to show up on my skin thankfully. The colour is very pretty, you need the lightest of touches to get a light wash of colour but you can build it up if you want to. I find it works for a nice glow on the apples of the cheeks, perfect for a pop of colour this spring.

If you want to pick up a Tarte blush then it appears Sephora do them but obviously shipping is expensive so keep your eyes peeled on blog sales!

What do you think of Blushing Bride? Have you tried any of the other colours?

Review - Nars Virtual Domination Cheek Palette

Review - Nars Virtual Domination Cheek Palette, #bbloggers, Make Up, Blog

Review - Nars Virtual Domination Cheek Palette, #bbloggers, Make Up, Blog

Can we take a moment to just look at this palette? Isn't it beautiful?!  I often try to avoid falling for the hype of palettes, but there are just some that you can't quite shake and the Virtual Domination Cheek Palette from Nars is one that I couldn't get off my wishlist.

Nars are known for their blushes, loads of people rave about them. Made up of a highlighter, 3 blushes and a bronzer, Virtual Domination is a great palette if like me you're a bit of a beauty addict and like to try out something before committing to the full size version.

In the palette you get - Miss Liberty Highlighting Blush, Limited Edition Sex Fantasy Blush, Deep Throat Blush, Limited Edition Final Cut Blush and Laguna Bronzing Powder

I've heard a lot about Laguna and Deep Throat and now that I've tried them I see what the fuss is about. You really only need the lightest amount on your brush to get really good colour pay off, plus they leave a lovely finish on the skin. I haven’t tried the highlighter yet but I think come summer this will be my go to.

The packaging is sleek and stylish, not something you really should judge a product on but it does help! It's perfect for someone who travels as you can take multiple products with you.

You can pick this up from SpaceNK for £45, quite a lot for one item but really you are getting 5 products!

There you have it, a gorgeous palette that will carry you through the year! What do you think, is it worth the money?

Review - Maybelline Colour Drama (Nude Perfection & Keep it Classy)

Maybelline Colour Drama
Keep it Classy

Nude Perfection
I always read lip product reviews, its something I would love to achieve, perfectly lipsticked lips that last as I'm just to lazy to remember to reapply.  But I never buy any because of the previous point, I am just lazy with lip products. but when I saw reviews of the Maybelline Colour Drama lip pencils I thought it was about time I picked some of them up.

After a quick trip to Boots, I grabbed two from the range - Nude Perfection and Keep it Classy.

Keep It Classy - This is possibly the most misleading product in the world. I swatched this in Boots and under store lights it seemed a dark pinky nude, but when I got it home and tried it I found it to be a pinky berry red. I'm not complaning about the colour as its one that I will reach for a lot but it was a bit of a surprise really.

Nude Perfection - Like the rest of the world, I'm trying to find the perfect Kylie Jenner lip colour and after reading many blogs, I decided to add this one to the collection. Nude Perfection is just that, the perfect nude colour, nothing over the top, just a nice nude.

Application is very easy, just draw it on and away you go. They dry down matte and stay put for up to 3hrs, less if your eating or drinking a lot. Some people report them as feeling a bit dry but I don't find this, if you do then a slick of lip balm will sort this out.  You could wear these on their own or underneath another product to add more colour. I have heard that they are a Nars dupe but I can't really compare as I don't have any of them, but at £4.99 from Boots, I'm not really fussed about the Nars version.

Next on my list is Berry Much, I will report back if I pick this up.
Are there any other colours I should pick up? xx

Review - Garnier Ultimate Blends Shampoo

Since the summer my hair has been all over the place. I'm still in the process of lightening it using a few products to get a lighter colour over all but this means my hair is really dry and splitting all over the place.

So I set off to Boots and stocked up on a few different lotions and potions. One of the ones I picked up was the new Ultimate Blends shampoo from Garnier. I picked the Sleek Restorer as it contained coconut oil and cocoa butter to help smooth dry hair.

The smell is amazing, its lovely and coconutty and smells like it should be really nourishing and do wonderful things to my hair but in reality it doesn't live up to the smell!

When I wash my hair with this it feels amazing, really nourishing and my hair feels smooth and silky and looks great whilst its wet but as soon as it starts drying it feels coarse and rough. I can't get it to feel sleek without a serious amount of Morrocan oil or other products which then leave my hair feeling weighed down and rubbish.

Overall its an ok Shampoo, it does the job and cleans my hair but anything more then that it's not one I would pick up again. The only positive I can pull from it is the smell is amazing!

Have you tried any of the ultimate blends range? xx

Review - Bobbi Brown Sand Palette

I'm not the sort of person who is often falls for the latest palette, especially when its another nude collection but when the Bobbi Brown Surf & Sand collection started popping up on blogs, I knew I had to go and check it out. I popped down to the Bobbi Brown counter in John Lewis and one of the gorgeous girls just had to show me it!

A quick 10 minutes later, I walked out of the shop, practically skipping the whole way back to the car looking glam as well as holding in my hand the Sand Palette. That was a couple of weeks ago and I'm so glad I have this, one of the most gorgeous palettes I have ever seen.

Sand is inspired by sandy beaches, with 8 colours with different textures and finishes. Most of the colours are fairly sheer but when put together they create a nice, beachy look. My most used colours are the two mattes on the third row, they just blend really well with a bit of the darker colour used along the lash line. To jazz it up a bit, I use the different metallics and glitters depending on my mood.

This is a palette that I know I will reach for loads, plus part of me still hopes that using it will give me just a little bit of Kate Upton's gorgeousness in the campaign pictures! If you want to see what it looks like on then head over to my Instagram here.

What do you think of the palette? xx

Review - Bleach Reincarnation Mask

BleachReincarnationmaskblogreview
Boots - £6

Never before have I fallen in love with a product on the first use, not until I used the Reincarnation Mask from Bleach. I've been trying to get my hair into decent condition, I've got lazy with using conditioner, over straightening it, just generally abusing it. After reading countless reviews, I popped down to Boots and picked up a tube, along with a couple of other bits from Bleach, but more on those later.

The Reincarnation Mask is a pre-shampoo treatment, a thick and creamy product that aims to rehydrate stressed out and over processed hair. I wet my hair, whacked a good handful on all over my hair, wrapped it in a towel and left it on for 20mins whilst I got on with the washing up. After a quick rinse and shampoo I left my hair to dry naturally and I was left with with soft, not weighed down hair - this is literally amazing! I naturally have wavy, frizzy hair which becomes massive when I normally air dry my hair, but after using the Reincarnation mask, I have naturally beachy waves without the need for salt spray.

I cannot rave about this enough! For £6 you get a huge tube of product that will last for ages, plus the packaging means you can really squeeze out every last drop. This really is a must for anyone who has over processed or over dyed their hair, I need to go and pick up more of these!

Have you tried anything from the Bleach range? xx

Review - Soap & Glory Make Yourself Youthful Eye Cream

Anyone who knows me knows that I am rubbish when it comes to sticking to a routine - I'm good for the first couple of weeks and then I get lazy, I'm always trying to do 100 other things that I then forget the little tasks and miss them, using an eye cream is one of them!

I picked up the Soap & Glory Make Yourself Youthful Eyecream after reading a review in a magazine. It has some fantastic reviews, great ingredients and cute packaging so I had high hopes and it hasn't let me down!

Make Yourself Youthful is a thick, super moisturising eye cream that is super hydrating. You don't need a great deal of product each time.

I noticed almost next day how quickly this had an impact on my skin. It appeared to be more hydrated, those pesky lines were lessoned and my eye area looks 10 times better! So much better that I've actually stuck to using this for nearly 2months now.

So, if you're in the market for a new eye cream, I cannot rave about this enough, plus its on offer in Boots at the moment! Head over to Boots to pick this up for £14.

Have you tried this? Any other products from Soap & Glory I need to try?  xx

Review - Benefit Hoola

Benefit Hoola - £23.50

I'm writing this after spending that past 3 days outside in some of the hottest sun we've had this year so really I am in no need of this (read very sunburnt!) but I felt it was about time to give some air-time to one of my favourite products that makes its first appearance around the time we first start shedding layers.

Benefit Hoola is one of the most well-known products from Benefit - it’s the best-selling bronzer in the UK at the moment, it’s easy to see why really. Completely matte, Hoola is perfect for contouring the face, running under cheek bones, down the sides of the nose and around the temples. As well as this it can be used to add a touch of colour to the skin, starting out with a light colour in the spring to a more all over glow in the summer without the disco ball effect. Finally, if push comes to shove, it makes a nice neutral eye shadow, great for adding definition to the eye - it couldn't be more versatile!

The colour in Hoola is perfect for a range of skin tones, I'm not the most tanned of people but I can get away with this without looking all orange or dirty, it’s the right side of 'I've been in the sun' rather than 'I haven't washed for a week'. I use the Real Techniques Duo-Fibre brush as it picks up the right amount of product and gives a soft finish - the perfect combo!

The boxed powders from Benefit are priced at £23.50, a price some might find a bit steep but this box I've had for nearly 3 years - it does get cleaned when I put it away come winter, but I've only recently hit pan on it and it has a long way to go until it really runs out so they are well worth the investment!

Now I shall go and bath my face in after sun, stupid sports day, and work out how I'm going to cover this up, any tips???!! What do you think of Hoola? One of your favourites or do you prefer a different one? Xx

Review - Origin High Potency Night-a-Mins Oil Free Moisturiser

Review - Origin High Potency Night-a-Mins Oil Free Moisturiser
Boots -£34
Origins, why must you make the names of everything so long!!!Oh well, if the number of words represented the quality of the product then this one is the bees knees! A couple of weeks ago, I popped into John Lewis to pick up a different moisturiser and was offered a free facial - perfect as I wasn’t busy and am not going to say no! After chatting and chilling with the girl on the counter we got talking night time moisturiser. I went in for the Make a Different + moisturiser, but she suggested that it was too heavy for summer skin care and that the High Potency Night-a-mins oil free would be a better fit - I'm a sucker for taking advice and thought I would try it out.

6 weeks later I can happily report that this is a brilliant night moisturiser! This has changed my skin completely. Packed with loads of Vitamins and Minerals, the oil free formula has a soft, gel like texture which glides across the skin without leaving the skin greasy. In the morning my skin is soft and fresh - it’s nice to see that it has improved. As well as this, my skin appears more even and fine lines less obvious and I put it down to this more than anything.

At £34, it’s not the cheapest on the market but it is well worth it!

I adore it, have you tried it before? Xx

Review - Real Techniques Silicone Liner Brush

Review - Real Techniques Silicone Liner Brush

Review - Real Techniques Silicone Liner Brush
Boots - £5.99

For as long as I can remember I've envied those girls who make a winged liner look so easy - the way in videos they slick it on like its natural to them. So I'm on a mission to learn myself. I've tried liquid and me and that just don't mix, my eyelid are too oily (that's sexy I know!) So I've been using different gel liners and trying to teach myself - it appears I need to work on my technique, starting with the brush.

I picked up the Silicone Liner Brush from Real Techniques after reading a shed load of reviews on line. The silicone tip makes it easy to load up the brush with product as well as removing what you don't need. Application is made easier as the stiffer tip holds its shape rather then splaying out like a tradition brush.

I use this by sliding the edge along my top lash line. It fits easily against the lash line, leaving a smooth line which I have much more control over. Slowing I can create the line I want, however I haven't progressed to a cat flick yet - baby steps after all!

At £5.99, this is the cheapest of all the brushes from Real Techniques, but it is one of my every day essentials now - over the summer I hope to master the full flick so watch this space!

Have you tried the Silicone Liner Brush? Any tips for mastering the flick as I'm hopeless!! xx

Review - Benefit Big Easy

Review Benefit Big Easy

My love for Benefit make up is not something I hide, I use a lot of their products because I love them! Every new release is carefully tried out in Boots & John Lewis before I take the plunge to buy.  When Benefits Big Easy was released I read a lot of blog posts. You see, I love Hello Flawless foundation, to me it is holy grail material so any new base release needs to compare against that.

Big Easy is the new 'multi balancing complexion perfector' from Benefit that has SPF35 and comes in 6 shades. Looking at other reviews, it appears most people feel it's some what of a foundation/bb cream hybrid - offering build able coverage but letting your skin show through.

I have shade 02 Light. To me, this is almost spot in in terms of colour match, it is slightly yellow toned so it cancels out my natural redness which I love and doesn't leave me looking off colour. I've also picked up shade 03 for when I'm slightly more tanned.

I tend to use my fingers to apply Big Easy for day to day as it give a nice, natural finish - giving a small amount of coverage and colour correction. I have used a brush with it but I find it can go a bit streaky with a brush. I put a small dot on to each cheek, one in my forehead and a small dot in my chin and blendwith clean   hands. I'm left with a not too matte finish, just natural. Add a touch of concealer and I'm good to go!

Lasting power is pretty good, it's still on my skin 12hrs later, some slight wear around my nose but that's normal for my oily skin. Depending on what moisturiser I've used in the am depends in how shiny I am, a mattifying one leads to slight 'glow' across my cheeks and forehead, a but more heavy duty and I do start to look a tad shiny - nothing a dusting of powder can't sort.

Another plus is that it is meant to give you SPF35 protection, which is above and beyond any other foundation I've found, perfect now the weather is getting warmer - lord knows I burn the moment the sun starts to think about putting its hat on!

The only negative I have is how much this clings to my eyebrows, I don't know if I've got very dry eyebrows but it can't get a bit orange under the old brows, no matter how much I brush it out I can still see it! But never mind, its something I've learnt to deal with, avoiding putting this on the brows - I think this would also cling to any dry patches as well.

Overall, for me this is my every day base product, I can't see myself falling out with it any time soon. You can pick it up from Boots for £27.50 or anywhere else you can buy Benefit from. Also, check out http://www.vouchercloud.com/boots-com-vouchers for futher discounts at Boots.

What do you think of Benefit products? Have you tried Big Easy? xx

Review - Super Facialist Vitamin C+ Dark Circles Eye Cream

Review - Super Facialist Vitamin C+ Dark Circles Eye Cream
Boots - £12.99

Skin care is not my forte, I've been trying to get into a routine for years and start off with good intentions before forgetting and getting lazy. But with summer coming up fast (hopefully!) I've been trying to get into a routine again, picking up some old favourites as well as adding in some new ones.

I've never really been one for eye creams, passing them off as something I don't really need, but now being almost to my 26th & a half birthday, I'm noticing my skin is not so smooth any more - those little wrinkles are starting to appear and as I tend to wear my thoughts and feelings on my face, I need to try and slow them down, coupled with some recently very late nights due to report writing, my dark circles are enough to scare away my class!

Step forward Super Facialist by Una Brenna Vitamin C+ Brighten Dark Circles Eye Cream - the product with the longest name in the world! Designed to brighten and correct dark circles whilst hydrating, Vitamin C+ does what it says on the tin. I'm not blown away by it, it’s not amazing but for the price it’s pretty good.

I apply a small dot morning and night, patting in with my ring finger so as to not cause any more wrinkles, this leaves my eye area hydrated and less lined. Frustratingly it doesn't last all day so often have to use a moisturising concealer on top, but I would do this anyway. As for dark circles, over time they are less noticeable, only when I'm up very late or drink too much tea but this has made some impact.

Make up sits well on top of it, nothing slides which is a plus as I often end up with panda eyes at some point in the day. The tube is a handy size, nice and hygienic so you don’t use too much or get it all messed up, plus it seems to last for ages, another benefit of a nicely priced product.

Overall, it Vitamin C+ is a good product, for £12.99 it would suit most people however it's just not quite what I want or need so the hunt shall continue!

Let me know your recommendations for Eye Creams xx

Review - May Glossybox - Happy Birthday Superdrug!!

May Glossybox Review

May Glossybox Review

Having been a rubbish blogger in recent weeks, I thought it was about time that I got back on the proverbial blogging horse. I've felt really un-inspired by beauty recently, there hasn't been a lot that has made me want to blog, instead choosing to sort out the house and garden. However that all changed when I received this month’s Glossybox.

I know a lot of people have gone of Glossybox, but I think this one will make people think again. May's box is in collaboration with Superdrug, celebrating their 50th Birthday. The box is a great design, with a big 50 across the front; it feels like opening a present to yourself - which I guess it kinda is!

Inside you get the Glossy Magazine with the gorgeous Lucy Mecklenburgh on the front in Sixties makeup. I'm not a TOWIE fan, but she is gorgeous so well work a read. As well as the magazine, you get your products. This month I got 5 full size products! I had heard there were 3 but to get 5 was a mega bonus!
All of them are high-street favourites; some couldn’t have come at a better time now the weather is getting warmer.

In my box, I received:
- Scholl Velvet Smooth Night Mask for feet
- Collection Bronze Glow
- B. Sheer Conditioning Lipstick
- Schwarzkopf Crystal Shine Conditioner
- Max Factor Facefinity All Day Primer
- Garnier Oil Beauty Lotion (Sample)
- Ghost Eclipse Fragrance (Sample)

My box is worth £33.95, well worth the money this month, plus full of products which I would normally ignore for other brands, so it will be nice to try them out.

You can get your box here.

What do you think of this month’s box? Xx

Review - Korres Wild Rose Lip Butter

Korres Lip Butter Wild Rose Swatch

Korres Lip Butter Wild Rose Swatch
Korres Wild Rose - £8 - Feelunique.com
There are always products that everyone raves about that I'm not sure off as its a product I wouldn't normally use but it still sits on my wishlist - the Korres Lip Butters are one such product. On a shopping trip to London with my mum, we sheltered from the rain in Liberty and I found myself standing in front of the Korres stand, swatching everything. As the rain stopped, I left the shop with my little Liberty bag, nestling inside was Wild Rose.

Korres describe their lip butters as being a buttery lip balm which melts on the lips, leaving a shiny tinted finish. They contain Shea Butter and Rice Wax which both offer deep hydration and softness. They do not contain any mineral oil, silicone oil, propylene glycol or ethanolamine - so all good really.

You do need to apply this with your finger, which can be a bit of a pain as you end up needing a tissue after to clean off any excess, plus a mirror is a must. The colour isn't overly strong, however it can be built up to give a much deeper colour, perfect for this transition into spring. I prefer to pat it on like a stain and then build it up for a night out. Lasting time isn't very long I find, but I don't mind too much as my lips still feel soft and hydrated.

For £8, they are a bit more pricey then most lip balms, but I would be happy to add more to my collection as they are better then most other balms.

What do you think about the Korres Balms? Have you tried any others? xx

Review - AMIE Morning Dew Matte-Finish Moisturiser

Review - AMIE Morning Dew Matte-Finish Moisturiser

I've finally settled into a routine that I like with my skin, a good double cleanse, tone and then moisturiser, the products used vary depending on the time of day.

Currently, as my day cream, I'm using the AMIE Morning Dew Matte Finish Moisturiser*. AMIE is not a brand I've heard of previously, but a litter research has found that it’s a company that prides itself on producing products which are 'completely free from parabens, sulphates, mineral oils, petrochemicals, animal extracts and are suitable for vegetarians and vegans' I must admit, it’s not normally something I've ever looked into, but I'm glad I've tried it.

For those of us with oily but dehydrated skin, it can be so hard finding something that will hydrate the skin but not leave you looking like an oil slick. This moisturise is matte finish so you are left with soft, dewy skin, perfect for applying make-up afterwards, plus it last really well - no flaky skin for me!

This 100ml bottle lasts ages, I've been using it about 3 months so far and still have a lot left, and a little really does go a long way! My skins not reacted to it, it’s soft and hydrated and my foundation stays put for most of the day. I've recommended this to friends after they tried some before a night out, I know they've both picked them up so it’s well loved!

You can pick this up from HQ Hair for £9.90 along with the AMIE Morning Clear Purifying Facial Wash, a bargain really; I will be picking up another tube when this runs out!

Have you heard of AMIE products before? Do you look into the ingredients that a product contains? Xx

Review - Soap & Glory Crazy, Sexy Kohl Smokin' Dandy Plum, Aubersheen

Review - Soap & Glory Crazy, Sexy Kohl Superblack,Grapevine, Cocoa Bean, Aquabat, Bluemymind Swatch

I know it's a bit late for reviews of gift sets, but I can't resist with this set.

Just after Xmas, a couple of days after the sales had really kicked off, I braved town and headed straight to Boots. I wanted to have a look really and ended up picking up a couple of bits. My favourite bit was this set from Soap & Glory. I love the makeup from S&G, I have done ever since it came out, so to get all of these was great!

Crazy, Sexy Kohl set contains 3 eye shadow colours and 5 kohl liners.

The eye colours: Smokin', Dandy Plum and Aubersheen are really good quality, super pigmented and lasted really well with a primer. I was really please with how easy the colours were to use, the blend easily and give great colour payoff - the only downside is that there is some fall down.

The liners: Super black, Grapevine, Cocoa Bean, Aquabat and Blue my Mind, are 5 fantastic kohl liners. They are super soft and creamy, blend really well and stayed put which is really important for me as no one wants panda eyes. My favourite of the colours is Cocoa Bean as its the perfect brown liner, I could wear this every day.

This set for me has solidified my love for S&G, I can't fault it at all. You can still pick the set up from the Soap & Glory's website as well as being able to pick up Super Black & Cocoa Bean kohl liners from Boots for £5.

I now can't wait to hit up Boots for some more make up bits and pieces.

What do you think about Soap & Glory make up? Any recommendations? xx

Review - Kerastase Nectar Thermique

Kerastase Nectar Thermique Review

One of my personal resolutions was to sort my hair out, get it cut and coloured in a way that I love, and then learn to style it and look after it. With that in mind, I've stocked up on a couple of bits to help.

One product that I love is the Nectar Thermique from Kerastase. My hairdresser uses this every time I have it cut to protect my hair before blow drying, so I picked up a little bottle for myself. A heat styling product, this smells amazing thanks to the royal jelly in it.

I work a 50p sized blob through the ends and mid lengths of my hair before blow drying. I find that it prevents my hair splitting longer before my next cut. It doesn't help with straightness; however it does help keep my hair feeling soft all day.

I can't recommend this enough; it really is a good product, well worth the price tag. I picked mine up from feelunique.com in the sale, but they sell the bigger bottles for £16.60, well worth it for protecting my hair, I will be getting some other bits from Kerastase - any recommendations?

Now I just need to decide how to have my hair cut. What do you use to protect your hair? xx

Review - TRESemme Texture Style Velvet Creme

Review - TRESemme Texture Style Velvet Creme

Like a lot of people, I'm always in search for the perfect bed head hairstyle, that I just rolled out of bed, Serena Van Der Woodsen style hair. One thing I love it messy, beachy waves. I'm lucky in that my hair has a natural curl when its allowed to dry naturally. One thing it lacks is volume

So, on my quest for my Gossip Girl hair, I picked up the Velvet Creme from Tresemme. I'm a devotee of the Divine Definition Spray for messing up my hair, so I was keen to try this creme. Velvet Creme is a styling cream that aims to get a messy, textured finish to hair. The cream is similar to the Bumble & Bumble Bb texture (un)dressing cream, but at £21.50, its a tad pricey for a big tube so this is a much better choice!

I tend to use a small blob of this cream on the ends of my hair, rubbing between my hands before concentrating it on the ends of my hair. It did give me a lot more texture and volume throughout the lengths which was great, plus it lasted really well.

You do have to be careful with how much you use in your hair, but a little does go a long way. If I want more messiness then I just repeat the process, and then blast my hair upside down with my hairdryer to speed up the drying. Team this with the Definition spray and you've got dream hair, now all I need is to look like Blake Lively!

What do you think, how do you like to style your hair? xx

Review - January Glossybox

Hello!

Another month and another Glossybox. I think this is the first time I've managed to get a review up, even if its an insta-review or a first impressions. This month, Glossybox have had a bit of a make-over, with a new, longer, glossy finish on the box, new print inside and new ribbon, it doesn't look dramatically different but its a nice refresh.

So January's theme is Back to Basics, with lots of products to get you ready for the new year.

In my box, I received:

Balance Me Super Toning Body Wash - 50ml Sample (250ml £10.25)
Anatomicals Puffy the Eye Bag Slayer -  1 Sample (Full Sized - 3 treatments £6)
Vaseline Essential Moisture -50ml Sample (400ml £4.99)
Yu-Be Moisturising Skin Cream -2x 3g Sample (33g £13.50)
The  Vintage Cosmetic Company Tweezers - £8

One full sized product isn't too bad, tweezers always come in handy at some point.

I'm looking forward to the Anatomicals product to chill out at the weekend, lord knows my eye bags practically need their own passport at the moment! Other then that, the other bits are a bit meh and will be used as and when, I'm starting to question whether the boxes are worth it any more.

What do you think? Are you still receiving these boxes or have you moved? What products do you like the look of? xx
