Wow, another Sunday has arrived and another week where I have had no time to write anything! I am very sorry.
This week has been manic as work, what with testing and marking the tests of my class to check if I have taught them anything this year ( a positive set of results!) But it hasn't left much time, and now its half term I've suddenly developed a cold which is killing me, but anywhoo, on with the pledge!.
This is really working for me as I am sticking to my pledge and it's having a positive effect! I wanted to stick with my gym routine, my graze boxes and give my nails a rest from polish and I achieved all three!
So time to think of a new pledge for this week, what do I want to improve on:
1) Keep up the gym routine and take my measurements this week
2) Get back into the habit of drinking water, not just tea!
3) Get organised and throw out any unwanted items in my make up collection, I have a few polishes that need a new home, and a tone of Ann Summers stuff from a previous life that needs to go!
What do you hope to achieve this week, small changes lead to big results!

Sunday Night Pledge - 22 May
Ok so the blogging has not been of a high priority but this is going to change this week, I promise.
Last week I did a little post on what I pledged to do last week in the hope that it helped me out to stick to it and it really did. So I wanted to do a quick update and then write this weeks pledge.
Last we I pledged that I would go to the gym three times, only weigh myself on Monday and stick to my Graze box snacks, and I stuck to one of those which was the gym! I lasted until Thursday before I jumped on the scales again and I haven't stuck to the graze boxes at all so will do it again this week!
So this week, I pledge to:
1) Stick to my graze snack boxes for my snack at school
2) Go to the gym 3 times again this week
3) Not wear any nail polish this week as my poor nails are splitting all over the place and need a rest!
I shall update again next week but I would love to hear what you plan on doing this week, even if it is a small change!

Sunday Night Pledge
I feel I have been a bit MIA of late but I lost the will to blog for a while so thought I would break myself in slowly with a shorg post tonight.
Each Sunday I'm going to write down my goals for the week and stick to them, as it will help me keep track and make my goals easier to reach. I would love to make this a regular thing and feel free to comment below with your own pledges for the week!
This week, I am going to:
Go to the gym three times
Weigh myself once on Monday and only on this day
Stick to my Graze boxes for my snacks
These are my pledges, what are yours?

NOTD Models Own Becca's Brown
Evening everyone, sorry that I have been quiet for a while but I needed some time off.
Summer seems to have appeared and then gone away again, so I needed a change. The polish I bring you today is one that I really like, and is my fail safe for when I'm being indecisive of what colour I want. I give you the lovely Becca's Brown from Models Own:
This is a gorgeous Dairy Milk brown, which applies like melted chocolate and it was opaque in one coat! Yet again, another gorgeous polish from Models Own, and one that looks really good on pale skin as well as with more of a tan. And lucky us, Models Own is currently 3 for 2 at Boots!
What do you think of this colour?
