This post has been a long time coming for me - I've written it 6 times, and deleted it every time purely because I'm very nervous about OOTD - there so much pressure to just look nice and pretty - two word I wouldn't use to describe myself at all!
Anywhoo, this is what I chucked on for work on Monday - I enjoy being slightly smart but comfortable as I'm on my feet a lot.
The dress is really comfy, I love the short sleeves and the midi length is perfect for working with children. I wore this last summer & loved it, for Primark its lasted really well! I think I need to take it in a tad more on the waist, its a bit big now - :D. I wore my trusty black flatforms from River Island as their comfy.
Sorry for the rather random background - I need to get taking pictures outside in the morning but we're always running late!
What do you think? Midi dresses yay/nay?? xx

OOTD: Friend Date
Morning lovelies - hope your well and Sunday morning isn't treating you too bad.
Yesterday evening I went out on a friend date with Tori, a friend from work who recently had the most gorgeous little girl, but because she's off on maternity leave, I don't get to see her very often :(
I threw these on when I went into town yesterday morning and have finally cracked how to take outfit pictures on my own until I get myself a tripod or train my boyfriend better!
| T'is me! |
Jeans are from Dorothy Perkins a while ago, top from River Island and Cardigan is from Primark. I can't remember where the boots were from but they are super comfy!
I love just being casual at the weekend, and I live in jeans quite a lot so I need to be comfy. I always wear bootcut jeans as they balance my bum, but the weight is slowly coming off and had to go up a belt hole today!
So there you have it, another outfit post! I'm getting the hang of this!
Thanks for reading xx

OOTD: Seeing Spots
Evening lovelies - first post from me this week, feel like I havent had any free time for ages!
An outfit for you today with a twist. At school today we celebrated World Book Day. We all had to dress up as a children's book character and when my first plan fell through this was my back up!
Bottoms - PJs from Primary £6
Black Top -Primark £3
White Top - Primark £3
Shoes - White Converse
I thought I was quite on trend with animal print.
And for my make up I kept it simple with a mascara and eye liner

It was a great day with all the staff and children getting involved, although its sad that most only know the films of books :( In assembly the Y1s were really worried as I was chased by one of the other members of staff who was dressed as Cruella Deville!
What do you think?!
Thanks for reading xx
