Afternoon all, hope your well.
Last weeks challenge was to up the amount of protein in my regular diet. I'm afraid to admit that I totally failed this, and the whole week has been about eating crisps.
So really I'm going to try and eat plenty of protein this week buy that's not the challenge.
This weeks challenge is to try and drink 2litres of water a day, something I know I need to do more but I often forget!
